• Independent Adjuster

  WebCE holds one approved Indiana adjuster course, "IN Independent Adjuster" at 40 credits, and this is not it. The catalog files it under Study Tools rather than under Exam Prep Packages and prints no hour count for it, so it prepares a candidate for the paper and does not stand in for the forty hours. It sits beside the same seller's approved course rather than instead of it. (2026-08-19)

• Motor Vehicle Damage Appraiser

  The Board publishes the twenty providers whose damage appraiser course it has approved and WebCE is not one of them; every entry is a Massachusetts community college, regional vocational school, adult education program, trade association, private training company or insurer, and eight of the twenty are shut to an ordinary applicant. WebCE says the same thing itself, twice on the page selling this: "WebCE course is not Board-certified", and, beside the Board-approved training program in its own list of how to get licensed, "WebCE course is not Board approved". So this prepares a candidate for Part 1 of the examination and does not stand in for the course, which leaves two years of qualifying Massachusetts appraisal experience as the other way past it (2026-08-19)

• Casualty

  WebCE, provider 0484, holds six Michigan pre-licensing courses and not one of them is filed as type Casualty. What it holds against this line is course 79556 "MI PROPERTY AND CASUALTY PRODUCER EXAM PREP COURSE", the combined program at 40 hours, and MCL 500.1204a(1)(b) makes the combined program and the casualty-only program two different registrations. Its Michigan catalog sells a casualty-only package anyway. Every other seller here holds a casualty-only registration (2026-08-15)

  A study tool rather than a course. WebCE's page prints no hours figure against the Exam Tutor where it prints 20.0 against both Complete Packages, and WebCE itself says to "utilize Exam Tutor and Flash Tutor for further practice" after the pre-license course. It carries none of Mississippi's twenty required hours and satisfies no route (2026-08-20)
