Nebraska writes the word limited into the line's own name and then asks for the examination anyway, because its only examination exemptions are for people licensed elsewhere, self-service storage operators and travel insurance producers. No pre-licensing course is required.

The rental counter's license. Nebraska writes a franchise of a rental car company into the definition rather than out of it, so a franchisee is covered by the franchisor's license, and the training the counter staff get is filed with the application.

The entity that sells travel cover and answers for every shop that sells it under its license. Nebraska registers the retailers rather than licensing them, so one license stands behind an unlimited number of counters that the Department never licenses.
