Which of these 6?
They are not variations of one license. Which you want changes what you have to study and what you may sell.
- Credit No course No course sold
Sells credit insurance products in Ohio. It is the one limited line the Revised Code names as a line of authority in its own right rather than leaving to the superintendent.
- Funeral Expense No course No course sold
Sells insurance that pays for funeral or burial goods and services. Ohio will not issue it to anybody who is not already a licensed funeral director in the state, so the gate on this line is another regulator's examination.
- Portable Electronics No course No course sold
The limited line a shop holds so its counter staff can sell cover on a phone. Ohio prices it by how many locations the vendor sells from, and a location includes a web site or a call center.
- Rental Car No course No course sold
Sells insurance across a car rental counter. Ohio gives this line a rule of its own, which the other limited lines do not have, and the rule is mostly about what the person at the counter may not say.
- Self-Service Storage No course No course sold
The limited line a storage facility holds so it can insure what occupants keep in its units. Like the portable electronics line it belongs to the business rather than to the person selling, and the counter staff sell under it as endorsees.
- Travel No course No course sold
Sells travel insurance in Ohio. The line is a limited one with no course and no examination, and the eight sections of the Revised Code behind it are almost all about the retailer who sells under it rather than about the licensee.
