Which of these 4?
They are not variations of one license. Which you want changes what you have to study and what you may sell.
- Credit No course No course sold
Sells credit insurance in Georgia. The Commissioner's rule asks neither a prelicensing course nor an examination of the applicant, only that the insurer and the applicant certify the applicant has read the chapters of the Insurance Code the rule names.
- Limited Travel Agent No course No course sold
Sells travel insurance with a ticket. Rule 120-2-3-.32 names it three ways in its own heading, Limited Travel Agent, Travel Accident and Sickness, and Travel Ticket, and then says no to prelicensing education, to the examination and to continuing education in three consecutive subsections.
- Rental Company No course No course sold
A limited license for the car rental company that sells cover at the counter, on the same shape as the portable electronics vendor and with one thing that shape does not have: two hours of continuing education a year for every employee, certified by the company at renewal.
- Self Storage Provider No course No course sold
A limited license for the storage operator that sells cover on the tenant's goods. Georgia's version is lighter than its two siblings on approval and heavier on disclosure: the instructor is approved by resume rather than by course outline, and every certificate has to warn the customer about duplicate cover in 14-point capitals.
