A true and correct copy of a warranty reimbursement insurance policy complying with Tenn. Code Ann. 56-55-106, filed with the registration.

A completed Uniform Consent to Service of Process, on the NAIC form the Department links from the registration.
The Tennessee Vehicle Protection Product Act, Tenn. Code Ann. 56-55-101 et seq. The registration is sworn before a notary and signed by an executive officer, and it names the third party administrators responsible for administering the product as well as the officers. It renews annually by 1 July and any update is filed within thirty days of the change. There is no examination and no course.
