An individual registered as a navigator, designated as responsible for the entity's compliance with the chapter.

A list of every individual navigator the entity employs, supervises or is affiliated with, filed annually with the renewal and certified as having received the required continuing education.
Rule 0780-01-55-.04(2) requires the registration of any entity that acts as a navigator, supervises individual navigators or receives funding to do that work. No federal training and no examination attaches to the entity itself; the training requirement lands on the individuals it supervises. Rule 0780-01-55-.05(3) puts a duty on the entity: it "shall provide or shall arrange for continuing education to be provided" to its affiliated registrants, and the individual's registration expires if that education does not happen. Registration expires on 30 September every year, and an individual who leaves has to be reported within thirty days.
