The Oklahoma Service Warranty Association license
Service Warranty Association
Sells contracts to repair or replace consumer goods that break. Oklahoma licenses the association out of a consumer protection title rather than the Insurance Code, and its charges are the plainest example on this site of a license whose real cost is not the license fee.

and the filings that follow it
-
An annual statement by 1 May with no fee, an anti-fraud assessment of $750 by 1 July, and quarterly statements with a 2 percent administrative fee due 30 April, 31 July, 31 October and 31 January, filed electronically in the form the Commissioner prescribes.
The Department publishes this one on its Regulated Industry Services list rather than in producer licensing, and the license is created by 15 O.S. 141.1 to 141.35, in the Consumer Protection title rather than in the Insurance Code. OAC 365:25-3-22 is the Department's rule on the quarterly statements and it names the statutory hook for the administrative fee, 15 O.S. 141.14(D). There is no examination, no course and no individual qualification.

The Oklahoma products sellers do carry are all for a producer line or for the adjuster; Aceable sells nothing in Oklahoma at all. Oklahoma asks for no course here and its examination vendor publishes no paper for this license, so there is nothing to sell.
