The Oklahoma Emergency Adjuster license
Emergency Adjuster
Exists only after the Commissioner declares a catastrophe, lasts ninety days, and covers only claims from that catastrophe. The applicant does not have to be a licensed adjuster, and cannot apply alone: a licensed adjuster or an insurer has to certify them and then answers for what they do.

and the certification, and who answers for it
-
Certification in the manner the Commissioner prescribes by an adjuster licensed in Oklahoma, or by an insurer that keeps an office here and is licensed to do business here. Whoever certifies is responsible for any losses caused by the applicant and for any improper claim handling. The employer must certify the application within five days after the applicant begins work.
36 O.S. 6218(A). "The applicant shall not have to be a licensed adjuster" is the sentence that makes this a different animal from every other license on this page, and the ninety-day life is the other: the license runs not more than ninety days from the date of the emergency declaration order, extendable once by another ninety at the Commissioner's discretion. Wyoming is the only other state on this site whose emergency adjuster nobody may apply for on their own account, and it goes further, letting only an admitted insurer request the authorization. Oklahoma lets a licensed adjuster do it too.

No national seller sells a course for this license. The Oklahoma products sellers do carry are all for a producer line or for the adjuster; Aceable sells nothing in Oklahoma at all. An emergency adjuster does not have to be a licensed adjuster at all, so there is no paper and no course in front of it.
