The Nevada Club Agent license
Club Agent
Sells or solicits motor club service for a club other than the club itself. Nevada's qualifications are three lines long and none of them is a course, an examination or an hour count: be 21, be a resident or come from a state that lets Nevadans in, and be trustworthy.

NRS 696A.280 is the whole qualification and it has three subsections: at least 21 years of age, a bona fide Nevada resident or a resident of a state that either asks no club agent license or lets Nevada residents act as club agents there, and a trustworthy individual with a good reputation on evidence satisfactory to the Commissioner. NRS 696A.250 requires the license to act or aid in soliciting motor club service for a club, and 696A.193 defines the club agent as a person other than the motor club itself. 696A.270 is the refusal power: the Commissioner may not issue or renew to anybody found untrustworthy or incompetent, or who has not established their qualification. The club itself holds a separate certificate of authority under 696A.100, which is the entity's authorization rather than a person's license and is not this page.
