The registration

Application on the Department's Entity Navigator form with the entity registration fee, which the statute caps at $50 and the Department's schedule charges, plus whatever the director prescribes on the form. Reinstatement inside twelve months is $100 plus the application.

A list of all individual navigators the entity employs, supervises or is affiliated with, provided to the director in the manner the director prescribes and kept current.
Neb. Rev. Stat. 44-8804(2) and (5). The entity registration carries no examination of its own and no training requirement: the training sits on the individual navigator under (1)(b), and the entity's obligation is to say who those individuals are. 44-8805 sets the term and the renewal. Nebraska registers the entity separately from the individual, as Oklahoma does, and its fee schedule prices the two at $25 and $50.
