Pearson's Title Agency Qualified Principal paper, exam series 59, one hour at $25. It is a separate paper from the Title Insurance paper at series 58, so a person who runs a title agency and also produces title business sits both.
Pearson's Missouri candidate handbook lists Title Agency Qualified Principal among the sixteen license lines the Department grants, with its own examination series and its own $25 fee. The Department's own producer navigation does not name it, which is why it is read off the handbook: the handbook is the list of what the Department examines, and the Department's page is a list of what it explains. Chapter 381, RSMo is the Missouri Title Insurance Act behind it.

No national seller sells a course for this license. Aceable does not sell Missouri at all. A paper of its own, exam series 59, examining the person a title agency names as answerable for it, and nothing sold anywhere addresses it.
