The Missouri Public Adjuster Solicitor license
Public Adjuster Solicitor
Works for a public adjuster, bringing in the business and helping settle the claims. Missouri is one of very few states that licenses the adjuster's staff separately, with its own paper, its own bond and the same one-year term that ends in re-examination if it lapses.

The examination
-
Pearson's Public Adjuster Solicitor paper, exam series 21, one hour at $25. It is a different paper from the Public Adjuster's series 20.
and the bond
-
A $1,000 corporate surety bond, which is the figure 325.020.1 sets for each employee engaged as a public adjuster or solicitor, against $10,000 for the public adjuster itself. Pearson's handbook prints the same split.
and the employment
-
Employment by a public adjuster. Section 325.010(3) defines the solicitor as somebody "other than clerical employees, employed by a public adjuster", so the license cannot be held free-standing.
Sections 325.010(3), 325.015 and 325.020, RSMo. The definition draws the line at what the person does rather than at a title: a solicitor is somebody who "solicits or aids in securing any contract for adjustment for a public adjuster, or who acts for or with a public adjuster in making settlements or adjustments of claims", and clerical employees are outside it. No course, and the education column of Pearson's handbook reads None.

No national seller sells a course for this license. Aceable does not sell Missouri at all. ExamFX's Missouri Adjuster Basics is written for the adjuster rather than the solicitor, and Missouri examines them on different papers, series 20 and series 21. Nothing addresses series 21.
