Section 385.207, RSMo requires both a business entity producer license and individual producer licenses for the sale of motor vehicle extended service contracts. The Department publishes a Motor Vehicle Extended Service Contract Producer Application on its Other Licensees page and describes the license as authorizing individuals "to sell, offer, negotiate, or solicit motor vehicle extended service contracts with Missouri consumers".

Section 385.211 makes the business entity producer maintain a register of the individual producers selling under it and open that list to inspection. The state licenses; the entity keeps the list.
Sections 385.200 to 385.220, RSMo, the Missouri motor vehicle extended service contract law, which dates from 1977 and is the oldest of the three service-contract regimes in chapter 385. There is no examination and no pre-licensing course. 385.202 requires the provider to register and 385.206 forbids using dealers as fronting companies; 385.209 lets the director sanction the license and requires the producer to be notified.

No national seller sells a course for this license. Aceable does not sell Missouri at all. There is no examination and no course. The license goes to the dealership's staff under a business entity's register, which is the shape that never produces a product.
