Privilege tax $50.00 and renewal $50.00, the same for an individual and for a business entity, which three of Mississippi's nine paired fees do: this one, the managing general agent and the supervising general agent. The producer, limited lines and credit entities pay double, and the two adjuster entities pay four times. No examination: the Department's list of examinations offered has no viatical paper. No pre-licensing hours: its table does not reach this license. 19 Miss. Admin. Code Part 2, Chapter 15 is the Viatical Settlements Regulation, effective 1 August 2000. Renewal invoices are emailed in the last week of October.
