and the insurer behind it
-
Since 2010-01-01 the application no longer requires an insurer's sponsorship; on issue, the licensee must obtain a certificate of authority from each insurer they will represent.
Rule 120-2-3-.44(2): "No prelicensing education or examination shall be required."Rule 120-2-3-.09(1)(f) names rule.44 in its list of limited licenses the examination does not reach, and rule 120-2-3-.07(5)(h) names it again in the list the eight-hour course does not reach. Georgia's candidate handbook gives this license its own row, "Agent (No exam) TI (Title)", and no exam code; the Office's applicant page groups it with the two travel categories under one heading instead, which is why this site carried Travel, Travel Baggage and Title as a single license until 2026-08-20. The rule that grants it is its own.

No national seller sells a course for this license. Georgia asks a title agent for no course and no paper, so there is nothing to prepare for, and its approved-course register holds no title course.
