The designated home state license is the all lines license issued to somebody whose own state licenses no adjusters, it sits the same examination under the same code, InsTX-ALAdj16, and TDI offers it the same approved-course waiver, so the same courses reach it. Both of A.D. Banker's Texas entries are flagged not public, which neither Kaplan's nor WebCE's are. The flag is recorded rather than read as a rejection: the approval is current, its renewal date is 2027-05-10 and it has not passed, and the seller offers the course openly on its own site
