Ranked on price, and only among courses that satisfy a route to this license. Exam prep is listed further down but not ranked, because it does not qualify you.

The training this certification requires is not for sale and cannot be. Rule 950 section 3(8) makes it "all initial and ongoing training standards established by the Marketplace or otherwise required by the Affordable Care Act", and Maine's marketplace is CoverME.gov, which registers and trains navigators itself. The Bureau approves no provider and keeps no register for it, and no national seller offers a Maine navigator product.
