No national seller sells a course for this license. There is nothing to prepare for that anybody publishes: Delaware's examination vendor sets no credit paper among its eighteen, and the Department's own licensing procedures mark only two of the five limited lines as needing an examination, neither of them this one. What 18 Del. C. 1706(h) does require is a program of instruction from the insurer to the people who will sell for it, which is not something a national seller could supply.
