Affiliation with a fraternal benefit society or association whose insurance the applicant will sell to that society's membership
California Insurance Code sections 11101 to 11103 describe the holder as "a person who is affiliated with a fraternal benefit society or association, selling the society's or association's insurance to the membership on a 'substantially less than full-time basis'". The Department records prelicensing education, continuing education and the examination as Not required, and the entity type as Individual only, so no firm may hold it. Eighteen years of age and California residency. $188 on a two-year term.
