    California Insurance Code section 12143: "A Motor Club Agent is a person who acts or aids in any manner in the solicitation, delivery, or negotiation of any membership or service contract on behalf of the appointing motor club."The Department records prelicensing education, continuing education and the examination as Not required, and asks for eighteen years of age and California residency. $188 on a two-year term.
