    s. Ins 47.06 defines the manager as any person who has authority to bind, manages a separate division, department or underwriting office with responsibility for, or manages all or part of the assumed reinsurance business of a reinsurer and acts as its agent. The Office states the prohibition in two limbs, one for a reinsurer domiciled in Wisconsin and one for a nondomestic insurer in another state. There is no examination and no course for either kind. ch. Ins 47 also licenses the firm at $100, and an individual who is a member, employee, officer or director of a licensed firm need not hold the individual license unless they are to be its designated responsible licensed producer.

The Wisconsin products sellers do carry are all for a major producer line or for the adjuster paper; Aceable sells nothing in Wisconsin at all. Wisconsin asks for no course here and its examination vendor publishes no paper for this license, so there is nothing to sell.
