    The Bureau's own lines of authority page says "Exam Required" against this qualification and asks for no course. Virginia's only pre-licensing course is the Title qualification's sixteen hours, and the page states that one in its own words on the same screen, which is what makes this a sourced zero rather than an unread field. The Bureau lists the classes of insurance this qualification carries: Boiler and Machinery; Commercial Multi-Peril; Credit; Fidelity; Surety; Workers' Compensation & Employers Liability, and every class of insurance the Personal Lines qualification carries. The application processing fee is $15 per qualification and is not refundable. The asterisk is the Bureau's and it says so in terms: the Property and Casualty qualification includes the Personal Lines classes of insurance. So this is the wider of two nested qualifications rather than a different one, and a reader choosing between them is choosing scope rather than subject.
