    The Bureau's own lines of authority page says "Exam Required" against this qualification and asks for no course. Virginia's only pre-licensing course is the Title qualification's sixteen hours, and the page states that one in its own words on the same screen, which is what makes this a sourced zero rather than an unread field. The Bureau lists the classes of insurance this qualification carries: Accident and Sickness; Credit Accident and Sickness; Dental Benefit Contracts; Dental Services Plans; Dental Plan Organizations; Health Maintenance Organizations; Health Services Plans; Long-Term Care; Medicare Supplement; Mortgage Accident and Sickness; Mutual Assessment Health; Optometric Services Plans. The application processing fee is $15 per qualification and is not refundable.
