    • Operating as the entity that buys the policy from its original owner, with the documents TDI's life settlement provider application list requires attached to the Sircon application

    TDI states that no examination is needed and asks for no course. Chapter 1111A governs it and 28 TAC chapter 3 carries the rules. The $100 application fee is double the $50 nearly every other Texas license charges.
