A pharmacy benefits manager license under SDCL chapter 58-29E, Pharmacy Benefits Management. The Division publishes a license application requirement checklist and an additional information page for it.

There is no examination and no pre-licensing course. Chapter 58-29G, Drug Discount Program Protections, sits beside it and regulates what a manager may do about 340B pricing rather than who may hold the license.
