Owning a South Carolina self-service storage facility, with the application signed by an officer of the applicant and approved and vouched for by an official or licensed representative of the insurer the applicant proposes to act for
S.C. Code 38-43-610 to 38-43-680, added in 2014. The director may issue the limited license to an owner who has complied with the article, and the article asks for an application, a fee and the insurer's voucher. No examination and no course.
