No national seller sells a course for this license, and nothing could reach it: section 604-A(d)(8) excuses an applicant whose line of authority is limited to a limited line from the producer examination, and Act 142 of 2024 deleted the preexamination education requirement for every line on 31 October 2024. Section 603-A(b)(4)(vi) also holds the counter staff out of licensure entirely, so the people selling the cover mostly need nothing.
