-
An anti-fraud plan meeting Ohio Revised Code 3916.18(G).
Ohio Revised Code 3916.03(C)(1) and (D). The Department licenses the provider through its corporate side rather than its agent side, which is why the provider has no page among the agent license types and the broker does, and why the agent fee chart prices the broker and not the provider. The license runs on the same March cycle as the broker's. There is no examination and no course. The life expectancy requirement was added by Senate Bill 131 of the 134th General Assembly, effective 29 December 2023, and it is the substantive difference between this license and the broker's: a provider has to explain in writing how it decides how long a viator will live, because that is what it is pricing.
