    The Department states that public insurance adjuster and title applicants are not required to complete pre-license education and therefore may not have a course completion certificate. It is one of its own examination types, so the examination itself still applies.

Ohio asks title applicants for no pre-licensing education and says so on its own page, so there is no approved course for a school to sell. No national seller prices an Ohio title product; the register of approved providers covers the six lines that need twenty hours and not this one.
