The Department's answer to "What types of limited lines licenses are there?" is the whole of the enumeration: bail bonds, credit insurance, legal insurance, car rental insurance, travel insurance, group mortgage cancellation, self-storage personal property, and special nonresident limited lines. Legal insurance is the third of the eight. New Jersey's pre-licensing requirement is a closed list and this line is not on it. The Department's own answer names the lines that carry it: "All individuals applying for a resident insurance producer license requesting authority to transact Life, Health, Property, Casualty, Personal Lines, Title and Limited Line Bail Bonds who do not qualify for a waiver of prelicensing education must complete a prelicensing education course offered by an approved insurance education provider."Nothing else is on that list, and the hours table beside it prints a figure for those lines and for no others. The license is one of the eight limited lines the Department names, and a limited lines license costs $75 for two years against $150 for the major lines, with a $40 processing fee on a paper application and $20 on a renewal.

The New Jersey products sellers do carry are all for a major producer line or for the adjuster paper; Aceable sells nothing in New Jersey at all. New Jersey asks for no course on this line and gives no paper for it, so there is nothing to sell.
