How to qualify
Minnesota asks neither a prelicensing course nor an examination for this license, and that was read at revisor.mn.gov rather than left blank here: there is no route to show because there is nothing to qualify.
No national seller sells a course for this license, and nothing could. Minn. Stat. 72B.041, subd. 5(c) says in one line that an applicant for a crop hail adjuster license "shall not be required to comply with the requirements of subdivision 4", which is the whole of the examination, and no course is asked for anywhere in chapter 72B. Two other requirements stop at this license as well: subdivision 2 fingerprints an applicant for an independent or public adjuster license and not this one, and the continuing education at 72B.045 reaches the same two and not this one. The federal training in 72B.055 is not a condition of the license either; it is what lets somebody who already holds this license work on Multiple Peril Crop Insurance policies.
