The NAIC Uniform Application and the Administration's Limited Lines Supplement, at the producer fee. The Administration lists it among the licenses it issues and prices it on its own fee table.
Md. Code, Insurance 19-520 is the peer-to-peer car sharing section and it is written about the insurance rather than about the license: it defines the car sharing delivery period, the car sharing period and the start and termination times, assigns liability during each, and at (l)(6) makes complaints about a surplus lines policy issued with a car sharing agreement subject to the Commissioner's authority under 27-303. The license itself is on the Administration's fee table, at the ordinary producer figures, and 10-601(c)(2) confirms it is a separate thing by excluding a peer-to-peer program from the motor vehicle rental company license. Maryland's 2024 repeal of the program of study is scoped to applicants who sit an examination, and this line sits none, so the zero on the state page reaches it by a different road: there is no course here because the subtitle asks for none.
