    KRS 304.9-230(1) names the six limited lines and 806 KAR 9:025 Section 1(1)(a) excepts every one of them from the prelicensing course outright, in the same sentence that imposes the hours on every other line. Section 2(4) then names the only two limited lines that carry an examination at all. 806 KAR 9:025 Section 2(4)(b). This is the one examination in Kentucky the Department neither administers nor monitors: a licensed rental vehicle agent does, under 806 KAR 9:265. The business entity holds the rental vehicle agent license under KRS 304.9-505 and registers each location.
