    • An individual Arkansas title insurance agent license held by whoever acts for the agency, added to the agency license on a producer addition form under Rule 88 Section 5.B

Rule 88 Section 5 sets one fee and folds the administrative and regulatory fee into it: "The fee of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($250) includes the Administrative and Regulatory Fee (ARF) of THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($35)". There is no course and no examination for the agency itself; the qualification is the agent it affiliates. Adding an individual agent costs $10 on a producer addition form and terminating the affiliation costs $10 again. The Department publishes both forms and its own separate instructions for a new title insurance agency license.

The agency license is a filing rather than a qualification: Arkansas asks it for corporate documents and for at least one affiliated individual title agent, and gives it no examination. No national seller offers an Arkansas title product of any kind.
