A third party administrator bond on the Department's form AID-LI-TPA, filed with the application for registration
The Department publishes the application for registration with its own instructions and the bond form beside it. Rule 57 Section 13 does the arithmetic itself: a $40 Category B filing and processing fee, "coupled with the $25 fee in Ark. Code Ann. 23-92-203 and the $35 administrative and regulatory fee in Section 6 the total fee due is $100", for the initial registration and for every renewal. A registered administrator renews on 1 January each year rather than on a birthday, which is the rule Section 6(b) applies to business entity surplus lines producers as well. Rule 68 Section 6 fences this registration against the limited adjuster license in both directions: neither holder may be required to hold the other, and the Department deems the two "mutually exclusive".

Arkansas asks a third party administrator for a bond and a registration form rather than for anything taught, and gives no examination for it. No national seller offers an Arkansas product for it.
