The Department publishes a "Checklist of Necessary Information for Reinsurance Intermediary Manager" separate from the broker's. Rule 57 Section 16(a) sets $500 to file the initial application and 16(c) sets $100 a year to renew, against $300 and $75 for the broker; a non-resident manager pays a further $75 to designate the Commissioner as agent for service of process. There is no course and no examination.

Arkansas requires no course and gives no examination for this license, so there is nothing to prepare for. No national seller offers an Arkansas reinsurance intermediary product.
