Every way to qualify

  1. Route 1 Qualify through a home state that permits the work

No state exam for this license

    • a resident of Canada holding an adjuster license in another state that permits that person to adjust portable electronics insurance claims there

    • or

a resident of another state that does not license insurance adjusters but permits the person to adjust portable electronics insurance claims there

A.R.S. 20-321.01(G) and (H), and the license is defined by who cannot use the ordinary route rather than by the work. An Arizona resident who wants to adjust these claims holds an ordinary adjuster license; somebody from a state that licenses adjusters holds a resident license there and a nonresident Arizona one. This license is what is left: the Canadian adjuster, and the applicant whose own state issues no adjuster license to hold. No course and no Arizona examination, and continuing education is not required. Age, lawful presence on Form L-152 and fingerprints still apply.

No national seller sells a course for this license. There is no Arizona examination to prepare for: the license exists only for a Canadian adjuster and for somebody whose own state licenses no adjusters, and A.R.S. 20-321.01(G) and (H) qualify both on standing at home rather than on a paper here.
