The Arizona Bail Recovery Agent license
Bail Recovery Agent
Arizona does not license this one, it registers it. The Department says so in a sentence, and then sets requirements a bounty hunter has to satisfy before a bail bond agent may use them.

A surety company or bail bond agent who verifies the person is qualified before using them, files Form L-BRA within 24 hours of doing so, and identifies them in the report filed with the director under A.R.S. 13-3885(C)
Read the Department's own sentence first: "The Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions does not issue licenses for bail recovery agents; however, you must satisfy certain requirements before acting as a bail recovery agent."It is a registration, and it is on this site because the Department administers it. A.R.S. 20-340.04(A) is a bar rather than a qualification: anybody convicted in any jurisdiction of theft, any felony, or any crime involving the carrying or illegal use or possession of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument may not act as one. 20-340.04(B) sets the clock: fingerprints before acting, and a fresh set on or before 1 September of every third year afterwards. 20-340.04(D) puts the duty on the other side too, forbidding a bail bond agent from employing anybody who has not complied, and requiring an out-of-state bail bond agent to contract with an Arizona one to retain a recovery agent here. No course, no examination and no continuing education.

No national seller sells a course for this license. Arizona does not license this, it registers it, and there is nothing to prepare for: A.R.S. 20-340.04 sets a criminal bar and a fingerprint clock rather than a qualification.
