1 year Residency in Arizona for at least one year immediately preceding the date of application, attested to by affidavit
A.R.S. 20-340.01(A): an applicant submits an affidavit attesting to Arizona residency for at least one year immediately preceding the application. No course and no examination appear in the section. 20-340.01(B) is the part that sets the timetable rather than the qualification: a full set of fingerprints goes to the Department for a state and federal criminal records check, and the Department shall not issue the license until it has the results back, which it warns can take a month. 20-340.01(C) closes the entity route: no resident business entity is licensed unless every owner and shareholder is individually licensed as a bail bond agent. And 20-340.01(D) draws the boundary a reader is most likely to get wrong: this license does not authorize civil bonds in connection with contracts, administrative proceedings or other noncriminal matters unless the holder is also an Arizona casualty producer. Continuing education is not required.

No national seller carries a bail course or bail examination preparation for any state on this site, and Arizona sets no examination for this license either: A.R.S. 20-340.01 asks for a year of residency, an affidavit and a criminal records check.
