an Alabama producer license carrying the Accident and Health or Sickness (Disability) line of authority, which the Department requires the applicant to "have and maintain"
The Department's qualification list for this line opens with the usual producer findings, at least 18 years old and no act that is a ground for denial, suspension or revocation, and then adds the one thing that separates it: the applicant "must have and maintain authority for Accident and Health or Sickness (Disability) insurance". It is written as a continuing condition rather than an entry test. The role itself is defined by appointment: an individual appointed to represent a dental service corporation authorized by the Commissioner. The fee is the ordinary producer fee, which the fee schedule says in terms for this line, the legal service representative and the motor club representative together.

No national seller sells a course for this license. What a candidate actually sits is the accident and health or sickness paper, which the Department requires underneath this line and which five sellers do price on that line's own page.
