The Alabama Apprentice Adjuster license

The Department calls it a new license type and a "12 month - 1 time Only temporary license", issued in the same four shapes the adjuster's lines of authority take: property and casualty including workers' compensation and crop; property and casualty excluding them; workers' compensation; and crop. Nothing is examined to get it, which is the point of it. What is examined is getting out of it: the Department's instruction is that "Apprentice Adjuster licenses will need to complete the appropriate exam and fingerprinting by expiration date of the license", and it recommends doing both at least one week before expiry so the license can convert electronically rather than being applied for again. Miss the twelve months and there is no second apprenticeship. The supervision cap is the part with no equal here. Kentucky's apprentice adjuster, which is why this site has a sponsorship route kind at all, asks a licensed adjuster to attest that they will train and control the apprentice and caps nothing; Alabama caps the supervisor at five apprentices at a time. $110, the same as the full license, for twelve months that cannot be repeated.
